Welcome to Orynvale at orynvale.top. We provide IT security and literacy training courses. Please read these terms carefully before using our services or purchasing our products.

1. Scope of Services

We offer three categories of offerings:

2. Enrollment and Access

To enroll in any service or purchase any product, you must complete the registration and payment process. Access details and delivery information will be provided to the email address supplied during registration.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in CHF and include applicable taxes. Payment methods accepted include credit card and bank transfer. Course access or product shipment begins once payment has been confirmed.

4. Refund Policy

Our extended refund policy describes the conditions under which refunds or rescheduling may occur. Please review the section that applies to your purchase.

4.1 Training Services

Cancellations at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 6 and 2 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session; instead, you may reschedule once to a future date within 6 months at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation. To request a cancellation or reschedule, please reach out to our support team via Contact Us.

4.2 Info Products

Digital materials are covered by a 14-day review period from the date of purchase. If the content does not meet the described specifications within this timeframe, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, or once more than 20% of the content is accessed or downloaded, refunds are no longer available due to the nature of digital delivery. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4.4 Non-Refundable Cases

Promotional offers, group discounts, and custom-developed materials are non-refundable due to resource allocation and preparation efforts. Such items are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

5. Rescheduling and Transfers

Training sessions can be transferred to another participant up to 7 days before the scheduled date by notifying us in writing. Please submit transfer requests via Contact Us. One free transfer per registration is allowed.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, documents, and communications are protected by copyright and remain the property of Orynvale. No material may be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The maximum liability for any claim is the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bern, Switzerland.
